Tom was born and raised in Mason City, Iowa. Both his father and grandfather were real estate agents. He graduated from ISU in 1979 with a business degree. Tom has been active in the real estate business since 1981 and he continues to be one of the top producing agents in Ames and Iowa, making a strong impact with the use of his many marketing tools. Haley grew up in Ames, graduated from Ames High School in 2002, and continued her education at Iowa State University graduating in 2006. Haley learned a lot about pleasing customers and exceeding expectations during her part-time positions. She continues to provide outstanding customer service in the real estate profession. Haley started her career in real estate in Des Moines with Iowa Realty before moving back to Ames this past summer. Nathan is the Business Manager for the Tom Randall Team. He handles all the details for getting the transactions closed. Nathan is also responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office.
Michelle, Tom's wife, is the Marketing Manager for the team, with her primary focus being on the financial end of the business.
Ann brings over 30 years of real estate experience with her! She has a well-rounded background with sales, management, and closings. We welcome having her added knowledge!
